SAP Sales Lead - Business Development

Flexytie is seeking an experienced Sales Lead to drive strategic growth and build a scalable sales function.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who combines strong business development expertise with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset. You will play a critical role in identifying new market opportunities, establishing key partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new B2B customers across target industries.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, market positioning, and channel expansion.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while contributing to broader strategic initiatives.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in consumer products, hardware, industrial goods, or related categories.
  • Established relationships with retail buyers, distributors, or large-scale procurement teams.
  • Background in scaling sales within a growing company or startup environment.
